I need to ask you a huge favour but I don't know how to go about doing it.

I'm sitting here, filling out the forms & thinking of how I can ask you to have a part in all of this.

I have said from day one that you & your loved one are who I would want to be there. Now I just don't know how to ask if you will.

You have been there since day one & in a way I owe a lot of what has happened to you.

But I'm scared.

I'm scared you hate me & will turn me down in a heatbeat & that is something I don't want to happen.

From day one you have been both of our number one choice & now that its almost here it's time I ask.

I'm hoping that you read this & know what I am talking about. Lord knows we had so many conversations about this & I'm so praying you remember them.

If you think this is about you, I can almost 100% guarantee that you are right.

Just gimme a sign in the form of a note, and email, or a guestbook signing that it is okay for me to ask. Or for that matter, it isn't okay.

You know where I am coming from & I know you are the only one who understands.
